They say people in Cebu are well known for their great talent when it comes to singing…well I couldn’t agree more! Because of that, Ng Khai, the leading computer integrator / solutions reseller in Cebu, is launching the Passionata Gleek Squad Showdown — A show choir contest.
It has been almost a year since the last Passionata was celebrated! I will never forget the day…it was November 30, 2009 where I was invited to watch the Celebration of our Cultural Heritage (this link was my entry for last year’s Passionata Concert).
Passionata Gleek Squad Showdown
Together with HP Philippines, Ayala Center Cebu and Microsoft Philippines, as well as Cebu Award winning musician Dennis Sugarol, Ng Khai will be launching a contest that will significantly promote the Filipino talents!
This contest is going to be a group of 12-18 participants that will compete in a song and dance production number to win over 200,000 Pesos in prizes. It’s open to all companies, schools and informal groups or newly made groups.
Passionata Gleek Squad Showdown Audition
This song and dance competition will be having their audition at November 20, 2010 at Ayala Activity Center, Cebu. They will be choosing the Top 10 Finalist to perform on December 4, 2010 at Cebu Doctors’ University Auditorium. This is going to be MUSICTASTICALLY AWESOME!
